These question types consist of only Question Title, Question Type, and Question Description.

Question Types:

  • Single Line Text
  • Multiple Line Text
  • Attachment
  • Date Time
  • Handwritten Signature
  • Geographic Location
  • Text Description

Usage example:

This is the question title[Single Line Text](This is the question description)
This is the question title[Multiple Line Text](This is the question description)
This is the question title[Attachment](This is the question description)

Where [Single Line Text] can be replaced with any of the above question types.

Generated question type looks like this:

Choice Question Types​

These question types consist of Question Title, Question Type, Question Description, and Options.

  • Ranking

Usage example:

The Option A etc. following the question are the question options.

Rating Scale Question Types​

These question types consist of Question Title, Question Type, Question Description, and Scale Range.
