The content of each survey and any associated prizes (if applicable) are solely created, provided, and distributed by the publisher of the survey (the “Publisher”). Tencent Cloud is not responsible for the legality of the survey content or for any matters related to prize distribution, and does not assume any legal liability. The Publisher is solely responsible for ensuring that prizes are properly awarded.

WeSurvey serves only as a platform for prize distribution in connection with the survey. The content and views expressed in any survey do not represent the views of Tencent Cloud.

Tencent Cloud shall not be liable for any failure or inability of the End User to access or use WeSurvey due to circumstances beyond Tencent Cloud’s reasonable control, including but not limited to issues with the End User’s communications network, Internet service, or third-party websites.

All disputes arising from the provision or distribution of prizes are the sole responsibility of the Publisher and are unrelated to Tencent Cloud or WeSurvey.

If you are the Publisher, as the actual provider and distributor of the prizes, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws (including but not limited to tax laws of the relevant jurisdiction(s)) and for fulfilling any obligations related to the withholding and payment of individual income tax (if applicable).
